The streets have a lot to say.

I went with my family so it wasn't really an oh-so-adventurous trip. Also, I was there to cover a project; making of the banaras handcrafted wooden dolls.

So I went to this place called kashmirganj where the factories were setup. It was a 3 day trip and since I'm from Lucknow, we chose to travel by road. It takes around 6 hours to reach Banraras. Oh and by the way, it's Varanasi now. But I like to call it Banaras.

Then the ghats. Well, if you want to run away from all the perplexity, then Banaras it is.

Banaras is all about the organised chaos.

This place looks the best during winters.

A quick getaway to find answers.
