To get here from Mumbai- there are train available- you can get down at Kudal and kankawali and go to malvan ( a cab from station should cost you ₹700-1000), if you are a fan of road trip this is the most immensful, breath-taking and worthiest journies and there are buses which travel from Mumbai to Malvan. (10-12hrs journey)
Reach there the hotels there are quite homely and cheap at the same time.
If you want to experience peace staying at a private beach resort would be fun and mind refreshing.

Day 1 : you can reach the resort and relax a day to yourself and eat the sea food and if you are a vegetarian person, do not worry there are pure veg hotels available too.
You can go today to places and for activities here leave as early as possible, the first batch of scuba diving at the sindhudurg fort starts at 8:00 am followed by other activities.
Other activities can include:
5 activities like parasailing, bumper ride, banana ride, sofa ride and jet skiing
This may cost you somewhere around 1500-1700.
After these activities you can visit the sindhudurg fort.
Take lunch at the beach
And take the rest day for relaxation.
Watch amazing sunsets and enjoy at the beaches.
