Taiwan is famous with it's night markets and snacks, the food are cheap and nice. But the language preferred to deal with local is mandarin, they don't really talk English but you can still try. They are warm, helpful and kind enough to lend you a hand whenever you asked for it. So, say Hi to Taiwan.
