Right time to visit south Goa is between June to October for it’s rainy season in Goa which gives you full view of lovely lush greenery around and best cool waters to touch. From south Goa it takes 3 hours to reach Gokarna. There are buses and cabs to drop you in Gokarna. If you are planning to take a cab the budget comes between 4K to 5k. If you are planning travel by bus the fare per head might come between 110rs to 150rs.
You need a whole week to visit full of Kerala. The basic budget ranges between 12k to 20K based on your mode of travel and place of stay. I travelled for a week to Kerala couple of years before. Abu Dhabi is the second most popular spot of UAE with history from 3rd millineium BC. With great spots like, emirates palace, yas island, desert safari, zoo, mangrove park, heritage village, museum to visit, best time to travel is between April to May and September to October. On the other hand Dubai called as cosmo metro city of UAE, with history from Mesopotamia has some mesmerising spots like Burj Khalifa, museums, aquarium, fountains, malls, global village, gardens, beaches to see. From Dubai Abudhabi is 2 hours away. So I would advise you to cover both the cities, based on your travel plan. If you are planning to travel to only city, then I would suggest Dubai for there is lots to explore, but plan for abudhabi trip another time.
Goa land of beaches, with lot of history is an ideal spot to visit after May scorching heat. Andaman Islands filled with lot of water sports, greenery and beach waters is an ideal spot to visit after September due to heat. Both being lovely beach destinations, are great spots to visit even in summer. My suggestion would be Goa for more beaches and history. Someday you should make a trip to Andaman.
