Goa in summer is scorching. Mornings are hot, while evenings are slightly cool though not fully chill or cold. Ideal time to visit Goa is after the rains.
It would be humid in early to mid 30s in the day and Late 20s in the night. Better than Mumbai though. Goa can still be good all seasons I suggest :), it is a different feeling being in Goa

Kashmir called as paradise spot of India, making now an ideal time to travel, day time temperature varies between 25 to 30 degree Celsius, while night it dips to 15 to 20 degree Celsius.
Munnarvan ideal summer spot, has some lovely unexplored spots to explore. Mathikettan solai park at poopara village which is 34km away from Munnar
Kolukkumalai tea estate 35km away is full of tea gardens where you get to view and taste tea too. From Munnar 45km away is vattavada wine yard. Yellapatty peak is 28km away giving you view of neelakurinji hills
To experience history marayoor 40km away is an awesome spot
Online facilities are available for Bir billing paragliding packages. You can check with Thrillophilia and Travel triangle. It is better to book in advance so that you can avoid waiting time. Not sure about booking on the spot.
Not sure about yes or no, for it’s upto you to decide. Ladakh has great altitudes, there is all chances of children getting motion sickness, altitude sickness and vomiting. However if you can make all arrangements for the child comfortability, maybe you can consider travel, still up to you. Pack well, carry all medical aids, pack woollen wears enough, carry enough water, work on a travel diet for your child and carry the necessary required food, plan your itinerary well.
Search online for a good hotel in Tapovan area or a riverside camp at Neelkanth Road, attend evening 6 PM Aarti at Parmarth Niketan and Triveni Ghat, in daytime, have a dip in Ganges, go for rafting and bungee jumping, visit Beatles Ashram and Neelkanth Temple, visit Neergarh Waterfalls (total 4 days 3 nights are adequate), enjoy food / snacks at Little Buddha Cafe and Freedom Cafe and that is all I feel.
Search online for a good hotel in Tapovan area or a riverside camp at Neelkanth Road, attend evening 6 PM Aarti at Parmarth Niketan and Triveni Ghat (2 different days), in daytime, have a dip in Ganges, go for rafting and bungee jumping, visit Beatles Ashram and Neelkanth Temple, pass through Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula by walk, visit Neergarh Waterfalls (total 4 days 3 nights are adequate), enjoy food / snacks at Little Buddha Cafe and Freedom Cafe and that is all for Rishikesh I feel. On way back, stop over at Haridwar, have a dip at Har kee Paudi, have alu poori and rabri at Mathura Wala in market and say good bye (this is all we did in our recently concluded trip this week).
Try your luck at Zostel at Tapovan, Rishikesh. Otherwise also, there are plenty oh hotels and resorts at Tapovan in Rishikesh here you can easily get rooms (search online and then contact them over phone).
