The Mahakaleshwar temple is the old temple thus with devotees and peaceful. Visit this for the magnificent and divine experience. Temple is usually crowded and it is advised to book tickets in advance for the Bhasma aarti either online or at the temple ticket counter. Temple is very beautiful and well maintained.

You will get liquor in Prasad here as the Kal bhairav drinks alcohol as per the belief. You will find so many stores outside on the road which sales liquor.
