Thanks to Internet due to which I was able to find a fairy tale place called" Aru". A place where many movies were pictured such as Karma, Bajrangi BhaiJaan and many more. I visited this place twice and first visit was in 2015 and second in 2017. Aru is beautiful place 10 ms ahead of Pahalgam. Usually tourists do a day trip to Aru, but I decided to stay here for 5 days in 2015 and 2 days in 2017.
I stayed at Friends guest house and owner his sons are very co operative and I never faced any problems. Most of the times we used to take dinner at owner's house and now they are like my family members.
I always recall the location of Karma movie where Dilip Kumar Shahab shot the military training part of movie. The location is called Karma House and beautiful green color building is now a hotel now a days.
A beautiful streams both sides in the Valley that goes to Lidder river further. Overall trip was just to stay in Aru Valley and visit Pahalgam.. peaceful family trip which i always remember.
Last evening of our departure, I never forget that it was the snow fall in November which does not happen at all. see the glimpse
