Started of early from Mumbai by 4am.
With unexpected traffic at lonavala and few halts we reached gokarna just before sunset.
Funny thing was that we were on the beach road, but beach wasn't visible as it had dense coconut n farms.
Dinner at french restaurant chez Christophe .
High expectations but food was avg.
Interiors and vibe was gud. Surprisingly crowded too
Started with walk from our homestay to zostel gokarna which has restaurant mantra cafe.
Zostel gokarna has amazing location on cliff overlooking the main gokarna beach.
Brunch was delicious. Return route we saw temple on the way back from outside. Decided to rest for while as day 1 journey was tiring.
Late afternoon started our beach hopping from kudle beach .
Beaches here are clean , less crowded than goa.
U get bikes on rent like goa.
After having a swim in the beach we headed to om beach. 10 mins drive.
5.30 is last boat ride which takes you to Paradise beach and halfmoon beach. Dolphin sighting was bonus.
Note : u can only trek to these beaches or visit by boat.
Our boat which charged 300 per head doesn't take u on beach but u can have view from distant.
Had good time for sunset. And headed back to Village .
Dinner at Mantra cafe .
We stayed at hope villas . Neat n clean budget homestay.
Checkout gokarna- enter Udupi
Maravanthe beach on the nh66 route... Journey on this highway touch beach has to be experienced.
Stayed at kediyoor hotels. Nice place with gud restaurant.
Had goli baje and neer dosa . Both yum.
Took rest and left for kemmanu hanging bridge.
Beautiful countryside ... Coconut trees everywhere .
Had cheapest kayak 50 rs pp for 15-20 mins
Location is very scenic.
Had goti soda( gujjus love it).
Next headed to malpe beach for our visit to st Mary's island.
This is must visit place in Udupi. ( History and geography)
400 pp u reach within 20 mins boatride.
Place has HEXAGONAL rock structures, only found here.
Beach side doesn't has sand only Seashells.
Place was highlight of Udupi.
It was almost sunset and I drove fast to delta point.
Had heard a lot about drive at this place... Truly so... River n sea on either side it was beautiful drive.
Delta point whr both sea and river meets is breathtaking.
Reached mulki early morning.
Surfing, this is what we did this trip for.
Indica surfing school .
Had a best time of my life at the day1 of surfing school. Son was overjoyed and demanded surf board for his birthday (hahaha).
Very satisfying morning.
Had some gud south indian food took rest.
Late afternoon left for Padubidri beach. One of blue flag beach in india.
Awsme work by the villagers to keep this beach clean , well maintained. Hats off. Highly impressed
Must visit. Amazing sunset
Next dinner halt at Pabbas mangalore.
Surprised by size of ice cream parlour.
It was crowded on weekday.
Gadbad ice cream most recommended dessert in mangalore/ Udupi belt was lipsmacking.
Even machine gun snack was tasty, do try.
Surfing day 2 was fun too. Surely doing this sport again.
After the session took rest.
Evening went for stand up paddle. Did for 1st time was fun.
Sunsets as usual ;) were beautiful.
Went back to Udupi for Krishna math darshan.
Beautiful temple complex. Lightings were gud.
Darshan at evening time was worth the drive.

U take water in your hands and u can see ur palm glow.

Left early for murudeshwar.
Divine moment to see such 123 feet high statue of lord shiva.
Early morning super excited for scuba.
Reef adventures was the agency.
Started late but had some super memorable experience.
Water was so clear at netrani island.
Scuba n snorkelling were highlight of the trip.
Corals and fishes were so clear n beautiful
Were late to return. But decided to reach south goa.
Had AWSME vegan dinner at bibitaki at palolem beach .
Decided to leave for Mumbai .
Took small detour to Panjim
Had lipsmacking European food at Padaria prazeres
Every item was tasty.
Most satisfying meal.
Headed back home with some lifetime beautiful memories.
Some trips are improptu... This was one... But most exciting... Each day better than the other.
