#ONTHEROAD of Northeast India

On the first day of our trip, we decided to tour locally in Shillong. This was taken #ONTHEROAD from Elephant Falls to Ward's Lake. Look at the beauty of this landscape; clean road, lush green trees, mighty clouds and the sun shining beautifully, encompassing everything in its warmth.

#ONTHEROAD of Mawlynnong, Asia's Cleanest Village. The pathway looks as if its swept every moment, well rightly so, because broomsticks grow here! This picture was taken on the way from Living root bridge to the village. On this day we also visited Dawki, which is famous for Umngot river.

#ONTHEROAD to Cherrapunji, which is the second wettest place on Earth, after Mawsynram. The journey is characterized by the clouded sky and cold breezes.

#ONTHEROAD of Guwahati and with this our tour of Northeast India came to an end.
