we began our trip early morning from Pune to Nagpur via air (good connectivity) in the first week of November. A zoom car was booked prior from Nagpur airport to airport for 3 nights. Reached pench by afternoon and checked in into Mahua Villa, Vannraj resort all inclusive package booked directly from hotel website.

Get ready for your adventure in Pench with early morning safari, can be booked through online/ travel desk (private/sharing) Turia gate is just 10mins frim this resort, we had booked our safari online for Khawasa buffer zone which is known best to spot our very own Bagheera. To our surprise we could spot this very very shy big cat Black Panther,lot of birds, hyenas, Bengal tiger and other animals.
You can choose a full day safari just like us or after morning safari choose to relax by the pool and read some interesting books / go for cycling around the resort in the evening, next morning choose to go on a safari to different zone.
Two or 3 nights and 4 days is ideally recommended, atleast 3 safaris should be done to different zones (touria, khawasa, khursapar,rukhad , wolf sanctuary and night safari ) carry mosquito repellant, avoid wearing dark colors on safari.
