Yana Caves is a tourist attraction which is just over 45kms from Gokarna . In the middle of the jungle Yana caves are a must visit place because of their stunning views , sculptural cave formations in between the forest. One must walkthrough the forest for 20-45mns from the entry point in order to reach the view point which is worth visiting. We can walk through the caves watching the cave formations ,which is indeed a different kind of experience . There is one temple underneath the caves . One will definitely enjoy the ride towards Yana Caves because of the curvy roads with sharp turns in forest area. Make sure you load your vehicle with fuel .
Jog Falls , which is known as Indian Niagara is the one of the highest waterfall in India falling from 830 feet. It is approximately 110 kms from Gokarna . One must travel through ghat road section in order to reach Jog Falls . Every single person will enjoy the drive as it is through the lush green jungle with fresh air . It is wise to fill their fuel tanks while starting to Jog Falls . August is the perfect time to see full fledged water fall with huge amount of flood water coming.
Murdeshwar is a temple destination om the coastal banks of Arabian sea in Karnataka. From stunning Gopura in front of the temple to even more stunning statue of Lord Shiva , Murdeshwar is a must visit place . The views which we get to see from the top of the Gopura (they charge 10-20rs per pax for elevator
service in order to get you to the top of the Gopura which is almost 25 stories tall) is jaw dropping. This temple is cover with water from 3 sides . It is one of the biggest tourist attraction in Uttara Kannada .
