Confusion of 'when is the best time to visit a place?'

I have read many blogs, saw suggestions on various travelling websites and heard stories from travelers about best time to visit a place such as Tungnath.

However, i beg to differ on this. I have a simple theory.

The best time to visit a place is whenever you feel the need to visit or whenever you get time from other essential activities which a person do throughout the year. Whenever you get a chance to take leaves from office/work, grab your bag and go for it. So, without worrying about the (so called) best time to visit, just pack the bag.

I came up with this theory, when I end up visiting Tungnath twice in two different seasons with two different set of friends. There holidays matched with my holiday calendar.

By doing so, one of my childhood dream 'seeing a house in snow and without snow' came true. (I live in Delhi NCR. Never saw snowfall here. So, never knew how does a place look in two different seasons.)

This combination of the two pictures of a house is always close to my heart than any other.

After coincidentally completing the childhood dream, now i am less concerned about 'best time to visit' and more concerned about 'getting time to visit'.

For me, the trip to Tungnath was started on October 2016 and completed on March 2018.

Several photos were clicked. However, this combination of two pictures is the best way to describe the two trips of a same place as a single trip.
