Tungnath is one of the highest Shiva temples in the world and is the highest of the five Panch Kedar temples located in the mountain range of Tunganath in Rudraprayag district, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The Tunganath (Lord of the peaks) mountains form the Mandakini and Alaknanda river valleys.
For the first time we decided to book a cab for our journey, so that we can enjoy fully.

The camps are located at around 300 meters away from the main road, and also we have to park our car on the main road as there is no route for the car towards the camps. So we took our bags and starts trekking towards the camps.
The View from the camps was mesmerizing. The snow was everywhere.
As we all were tired a lot, we decided to take rest for the day and start trekking to Tungnath temple on the next day.
After we had lunch in the dining area, we took rest for almost around 3 hours. We woke up in the evening at around 7 PM, took some pics and had dinner.
