Here we came up with another trip which is kind of religious one. We went to Vadnagar (Birth place of our respectable PM Modi ji) which is our hometown. Since there is no proper connectivity from Gwalior so we went to Indore and than Ahmedabad.
It was only 2 day trip, so on the very first day we planned to visit Vadnagar first which is approx 100 km from Ahmedabad. We booked to and fro cab which cost us 1500 approx. The roads are very good. Hatkeshwar Mahadev Mandir is full of positive vibes. I suggest you to spend some time here with mahadev ji.
We came back to Ahmedabad in the evening.
Next day we were having train at night, we decided to visit some famous places in Ahmedabad. We start our day by taking God's blessings from Iscon Temple. Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition is situated near to the temple so we went there and enhanced our knowledge on India's space experiments.
After exploring VSSE, we went to Sabarmati Ashram, enjoyed the amazing garden and views on the bank of Sabarmati River.
In the evening, we visited Kankaria Lake. I would suggest you to get enough time because there are so many places you can visit inside the lake campus. We enjoyed Toy train ride, a whole view of Lake. Kamla Nehru Zoological Park is a must visit place, here you can enjoy the activities of many extinct birds, animals etc.
PS- HATKESHWAR MAHADEV MANDIR IS ALSO HAVING GUEST HOUSE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO STAY HERE. THE PRICE ARE VERY NOMINAL.
