It was not a pre planned trip. Our friend had work at chandigarh and we are completely sponsored by our friends office because we went 3 persons to chandigarh in one person budged how you know very soon. we planned to go chandigarh. From Delhi to chandigarh the journey is of maximum 5 hours with public transport and 4hours with your own vehicle if you want to save money then haryana roadways is best option. ₹250 ticket for each for one side and very enjoyable journey. And if you go through ac bus or Volvo the cost of ticket is ₹750 each. We traveled in haryana roadways we are three friends. And it took near 5 hours from Delhi to chandigarh in between there are 3-4 major stops where you can eat something. We started our journey with elante mall in Chandigarh it is very big mall. The crowd is very nice there. Then we went to sec. 17 near to bus stand and there was the dj with fountains changing the colour. Then we spent some time there. And then we were searching for room if you are searching for a cheap and good place there are many dharmshala in Chandigarh to stay. If you will take a luxury or deluxe room minimum starting is near ₹1500 each. In jaat bhawan if you are taking a room that is near to ₹500 ac room. And if you want to take single bed for sleep that is ₹50 to ₹100 each person very cheap and good rooms. We stay in jaat bhawan it was very nice place to live in less money. We spend night there.
In the morning we took breakfast in jaat bhawan canteen. Then we moved to sec 17 from where we went to see the rock garden. We took tickets from counter and rock garden is the charming place in the chandigarh you can fell everything there the feelings of mountains, waterfalls, rock garden totally men made but you fell like real nature the sound of water touches your soul. You can spent atleast 4to 5 hrs there. Then we went to rose garden totally the flower destination. Then we went to open hand monument. Then sukhna wildlife where we see the birds. At last in the evening we were at sukhna lake the croud was fantastic the beautiful girls, people who take walks there it was also a man made place but you can fell the nature there and where the sukhna lake finish the jungle start if you want to take good photographs you can go to jungle also that was also heart touching place. We completed the main place of chandigarh in 2 days.
