There seems to be no direct bus service to jobhra from Manali. However once you reach Manali you could hire a cab or shared cabs. Cost ranges between 3K to 4K.

Applying online is the best way to get your visa to Singapore and Malaysia. Documents for application are valid passports, place of stay, return journey ticket. You need to apply visa separately for both countries. Singapore has no visa on arrival option, regarding Malaysia there is visa on arrival still better to apply in advance. Obtain the visa a month prior to travel.

Hi there 😄 So I have visited Himachal Pradesh last year in the month of December and it was freezing 🥶 cold temperatures went to -15 mid night. We were in Himachal Pradesh for around 10 days and during our stay in this magnificent place we went to Tosh, Kutla, Buddhaban, glacierpoint, Manali, Hampta. Even though we didn't trek hampta pass we went to the basepoint of the trek. Tosh and Manali have a completely different vibe, personally speaking I liked tosh much more than Manali because it was far less crowded and the views were breathtaking as well. There are lot of things to explore in Manali to, we went to Hidumbadevi temple, pine forests, hampta pass base point. We celebrated newyear in Manali and chritsmas in Tosh. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would love to trek to Tosh again.

Yes mountains are bad during monsoons. They are risky because of downpours, heavy non stop rains cause landslide, slippery roads. You could plan to beach places. Also if you are interested in visiting hills of south India where not much rain prevails especially in the east side - Tamilnadu Andhrapradesh and Telegana you could check these places -Ooty and Kodai Valparai Meghamalai Coonoor Lambasinghi Araku valley.
