You can reach Dehradun by Flight from Kathmandu. By Train - Reach Raxual junction by bus from Kathmandu. Then by train to Laksar junction.. then to rishikesh
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
The distance is 740km, so by bus means long journey. It’s easy to reach Rishikesh from Delhi. Till Delhi there are direct buses. Then again from Delhi you might have to catch Rishikesh bus. You can check with MMT, Yatra and Goibibo for online bus services. There are sleeper buses too. Easiest way just sharing a suggestion, fly till Delhi then take a bus to Rishikesh. Upto you.

Weather says rain in Landsowne. So there are chances of landslides. Though weather being best now, views picturesque and lush green prevailing, it’s not safe to travel this month. After September say from October this spot is one such ideal and must place to visit.

Koh pangan is called gem of Thailand which has lovely weather, great party culture, scuba, best sea food and jaw dropping trek views. Koh tao is called as secluded paradise hamlet, meaning turtle island. Beauty prevails both external and inside the waters of this island. An ideal place to view best underwater sea life. Since you have a separate flight but in the same airport, you might need to apply for a transit visa, if you are planning to move out of the airport. If you are not planning to move out, you could use your visa to move between the gates. While applying for visa, do check with them once. While travelling to Europe I underwent same situation, but one visa was enough for my movement within airport during layover.
