Kedarkantha trek is much open from April. For the snow melts down paving way for the trek. An ideal season which won’t be freezing. May month you could experience the first blow of summer winds, cold is bearable. There are no rains predicted. So you get to see lot of green pastures, blooming mountains. Both months are ideal time to trek in Kedarkantha.
Definitely you can go to kedarkantha treak starting April is fine maybe you can find snow there.not sure in may . it's one of the beautiful treak in Uttrakhand. plan your treak in starting April 🙏
Hi... the distance from dehradun to mussoorie is around 1 hour to 1 . 30 minutes at least try to stay a night in mussoorie would be great. it's on a Hilltop so you will get better view. rest dehradun is also beautiful city. so many places to see in dehradun itself. but atleast you should spend a day in mussoorie as well. visit mall road, gun hill point, kempty fall, bhatta fall etc in mussoori then come back to dehradun next day. visit buddha monestry, sahastradhara, lachhiwala, tapkeshwar temple etc. regular buses & taxi, cabs available from dehradun to mussoorie. but for better experience try to stay a day & night in mussoorie
Mussoorie is 2 hours away from Dehradun. Since your flight is from Dehradun, I would advise you to go to Mussoorie stay, see places and come to Dehradun see places and then take a a return flight. Both are lovely places to visit, that you shouldn’t miss exploring. Another option is based on your number of days of travel in both the places. If you are planning two days in Mussoorie then you can plan a day stay in Mussoorie explore and then come to Dehradun. Then you might need a day to explore Mussoorie. Suppose you plan 2days in Dehradun then you can plan a day stay in Dehradun and cover Mussoorie too.

Epass is much required to enter the state. You would have to register and obtain the epass if you are travelling by air only. You are required to carry your vaccine certificate. If you have finished both your vaccine doses you don’t need a RTPCR test report. Also ensure you have arogya Sethu app.

You can do it, plan train journeys as Europe is well connected by rail network, start from Paris (3 days), proceed to Brussels (1 day), start for Switzerland (3 days) and last to Rome (3 days).
I will suggest Diwali. Diwali symbolises the spiritual victory of light over darkness. It is a mixture of values like togetherness, goodness, kindness and divinity and it is 💯 worth to participate in.

From Gwalior to Bateshwar it takes 2.5 hours to reach.
Regarding train kindly check if it is operational. From Bateshwar one hour away is garhi padawli. From padawli one hour away is Mitaoli. Many suggest a cab or car for covering all the three which are one after another. There are trains to Bateshwar from Gwalior again from Bateshwar you have to book a cab to the other two spots for not much buses are available.
