Yana caves is 25km away from this beach while Mirjan fort is 10km away. You can club both for a visit.
Come back to the city to taste food in namastey cafe at Om beach.
Evening you can beach trek to belekan beach, small hell beach, and shop at Gokarna for some souvenirs and must taste is Kallusakkare a sugar candy.
This above itinerary I did when I travelled for two days to Gokarna. If your travel is beyond two days you could explore
Koti Tirtha
Kumta
Sirsi falls
Nirvana beach.
If you would like to do a little offbeat , here's the plan! Stay at Kumta Om bodhi retreat/Silver sand resorts - I'll bet you won't regret your stay in these bunch of resorts which are at Kumta. It is only 20km to Gokarna.. While you stay here , you can explore Mirjan Fort and go to Gokarna via boat from Aghanashini.. They will take you to all famous beaches of Gokarna ,but not to the main temple and all.. If you want to visit main temple , ask them the suggestions as how it could be done
These boat riders comes with packages along with water sports , the number will be put up in the banner once you enter any of the resorts !!
I have visited Gokarna separately like covering Main temple and the 5 beaches and as well as have done this . The best experience was from Kumta !!!!
if you have more time , try to cover both in one shot . It's definitely worth it!
Gir is a popular spot for wild life enthusiasts that there are many places to explore.
Kamleshwar dam
Uparkot fort
Girnar hills
Kanakai Mara temple
Jamjir falls
Veraval beach
Surrounded by beautiful western ghats, being a popular destination of Kerala April is called as Summer month of wayanad. Mornings are scorching, though evenings are pleasant with gentle breeze flowing all through the place.
Kedarkantha trek is much open from April. For the snow melts down paving way for the trek. An ideal season which won’t be freezing.
May month you could experience the first blow of summer winds, cold is bearable. There are no rains predicted. So you get to see lot of green pastures, blooming mountains.
Both months are ideal time to trek in Kedarkantha.
Definitely you can go to kedarkantha treak
starting April is fine maybe you can find snow there.not sure in may . it's one of the beautiful treak in Uttrakhand. plan your treak in starting April
🙏
Hi...
the distance from dehradun to mussoorie is around 1 hour to 1 . 30 minutes at least try to stay a night in mussoorie would be great. it's on a Hilltop so you will get better view.
rest dehradun is also beautiful city. so many places to see in dehradun itself.
but atleast you should spend a day in mussoorie as well. visit mall road, gun hill point, kempty fall, bhatta fall etc in mussoori then come back to dehradun next day. visit buddha monestry, sahastradhara, lachhiwala, tapkeshwar temple etc. regular buses & taxi, cabs available from dehradun to mussoorie. but for better experience try to stay a day & night in mussoorie
Mussoorie is 2 hours away from Dehradun. Since your flight is from Dehradun, I would advise you to go to Mussoorie stay, see places and come to Dehradun see places and then take a a return flight. Both are lovely places to visit, that you shouldn’t miss exploring.
Another option is based on your number of days of travel in both the places. If you are planning two days in Mussoorie then you can plan a day stay in Mussoorie explore and then come to Dehradun. Then you might need a day to explore Mussoorie.
Suppose you plan 2days in Dehradun then you can plan a day stay in Dehradun and cover Mussoorie too.
Greenr cafe at Avenue sector
Cafe Delhi heights
Another fine day
Di Ghent cafe
Roots cafe
Hamoni cafe
The above are cafés who sell food items which we can order if needed. Some of the above cafés have great ambience with relaxing atmosphere. Hope they suit your travel.
Epass is much required to enter the state. You would have to register and obtain the epass if you are travelling by air only. You are required to carry your vaccine certificate. If you have finished both your vaccine doses you don’t need a RTPCR test report. Also ensure you have arogya Sethu app.

You can do it, plan train journeys as Europe is well connected by rail network, start from Paris (3 days), proceed to Brussels (1 day), start for Switzerland (3 days) and last to Rome (3 days).
