Hello There ! Today I had planned my trip to the destinations above. I boarded the Punjab Mail from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and was onboard the train upto Gwalior. I enjoyed the ride enroute Madhya Pradesh and my journey was overnight in the train. I reached the next day at 04:00 PM.
Finally Arrived the Gwalior station at 04:00 PM and then checked in into the Hotel at Gwalior. It was a beautiful and cold there in January. I visited the museum there and later on proceeded back to the Hotel.
I had my breakfast today and proceeded there onto the Tansen Tomb, had lunch and then to the Gwalior Zoo and later to the Gwalior Fort. I loved the city and the way it has its own hue in the diversified colorful India.
Again a lovely day with a bit of drizzle in the city. Later I proceeded to the Gurudwara. It was great visiting the Gurudwara and there onto proceeded towards the Jai Vilas Mahal which is quite elite and is elegant to our eyes. Later proceeded to the Gujari Mahal and Teli ka Mandir. Overnight I had my stay in Gwalior.
Today, I had to check out and head to Agra. I had my train in the evening " Taj Express " the name that excites you even more to the beauty of Taj. So by evening I boarded the train and late evening I got down at the Agra Cantt Railway Station. I checked in into the hotel, had my dinner and slept.
Early Morning my excitement made me get up and then I proceeded to the Agra Fort which has a very beautiful history of Mughal Emperors who had their rule in India during those times. I had my lunch there and in the evening I proceeded to the Epitome of Love - The Taj Mahal. I loved the beauty of it, the verses of Quran and the calligraphic textures in Arabic over it. It was a great memory and I headed back to the hotel. I loved the dinner in the Hotel.
Today I had my plans to visit the Bandhavgarh National Park with Fatehpur Sikri. Both the places have a great tourist value and visiting here is a must. It was beautiful visiting the Bandhavgarh Park and viewing the Painted Storks, Sambars and many more animals.
Again today was my train, Taj Express from Agra Cantt to Delhi. It was a very lovely journey to Delhi. I checked in into the Hotel at Delhi the night and I had a great time there. I did not opt for the Hotel Dinner, instead I went and had my favorite Parathas at the Parathewali Gully which always excites me, also some Dahi Bhalle and Gol Gappa also called as Pani Puri. Its great to taste these in Delhi.
Today, I packed up my bags and in the evening I had my Rajdhani Express back to Mumbai. I had my delicious Lunch and Breakfast at the Hotel itself. North India and Food is really brilliant if one has a sweet tooth like me. I literally enjoyed every bit of sight seeing, food and the travel plans I had made. I boarded the Rajdhani back to Mumbai.Early Morning I touched down back to my city- Mumbai.
