The last laugh

I get up at dawn for only three things: When I'm travelling, leaving a party or being a superhero. Nature, apparently, liked this motto and one fine day, decided to test it. So off I went on my first trip to a wildlife sanctuary - Kaziranga National Park in the Golaghat and Nagaon districts of Assam. You can reach there by bus or private conveyance and will witness many, splendid crop fields and tea gardens en route the park. You can stay at any of the government approved guest houses (all within a budget, I promise) and plan your itinerary accordingly. Which includes the aforesaid 'getting up at dawn' and taking a tour of the park on elephants. Ideal for solitary travellers, families and couples of all kinds.

Fascinating? Yes. Tiring? Not at all. Nature, as always, never disappoints :)
