A Dive into Maldives

From experiencing different shades of water to the  gushing winds, making my hair go haywire while having a roller coaster speed boat ride, it was indeed one of the most splendid moments of my life. Feeling alive with every step nearer to my island, I was overwhelmed with happiness and excitement to finally reach the wonderland of joy. I reached this marvellous island on 19th March i.e right after my birthday and my trip ended on 22nd March. This trip was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself. I was extremely delighted to land on this heavenly abode.They greeted us with the traditional Maldivian song and offered a welcome drink on arrival. I had booked the package from Flyover Holidays after comparing it with many packages displayed online. I had booked the air ticket myself from Indigo 1 month prior to my date of travel i.e 16th February so it cost me approximately Rs 25000 for the round trip. The package included stay with meals,drinks and kayaking and they  charged me Rs 75000 for the same. I stayed at water villa for 3 nights on double sharing basis. It was one of the most luxurious trips I have ever experienced till date. If in case you want it to be more pocket friendly then you can even opt for the beach villa for 2 nights and water villa for 1 night and have an experience of both.The water villa had its own charm.Staying in the midst of water,with a balcony to enjoy amazing views was worth every penny I spent on this trip.Not to forget,the cherry on the cake was to be able to take a leap from the balcony into the turquoise water for a swim.The serene beach, swimming pool, 3 restaurants serving sumptuous buffet,live music during the night,spa,gymnasium,a cute corner for shopping,kayaking,dolphin cruise and other water activities enhanced the aesthetic value of this spellbound beauty. In a nutshell,it was an exhilarating experience into the blue heaven!
