Elephant beach" from the name it somehow means large & it isn't wrong at any means. Considered as one of the unique beaches located in Havelock Island, Elephant Beach is untouched by commercialism and boasts of an environment that exudes a peaceful ambience. This beach consists of several water sports like SNORKELING , SCUBA, WATER SCOOTERS,GLASS BOATS,SEA WALKING & so on. The beach is a white sand beach which adds an extra aura to the scenic beauty of the Havelock Island. It takes around 30 minutes speed boat ride to reach Elephant Beach from the main port of Havelock Island. The beach has loads of sea food stuffs around like sea side fruits, coconuts, berries & so on. If you guys have seen the movie "BLUE LAGOON " ,you can very well picture out what I am exactly talking about .Sometimes, I even thought I was in the dance sequence of the movie " KAHO NAA PYAR HAIN " in that similar magnificent blue sea. A perfect place to take a sun bath which would give you ultimate peace to life's all sorts of depressions. It's a beautiful place to visit & should not be missed at any cost. This place is naturally decked up with the multiple shades of the blue sea.The greenery marked it to be the most beautiful island I have ever come across.This beach has different kinds of adventure sports which is what attracted me the most.The deforested tree trunks added a different look to the scenic beauty & the ultimate thing that attracted me and pushed to visit this beach was the "SEA WALKING".
