Day 1 Bangalore - Bandipur 06:00 am - Thinking to avoid the traffic congestion of bangalore traffic we decided to head out early.Bandipur is about 270+ kms from bangalore.We drove for around 7 hours to reach bandipur with just occasional stops for stretching and "chai".Breakfast i would recommend adigas or a2b ,whichever you fancy....

Scenic view from my home town Palakkad the Paddy capital of Kerala Palakkad to Bangalore We three friends met at the rendezevous with my Pulsar and two Yamaha FZs.Sipped a cup of coffee though I do not used to drink normally but drinking coffee or tea really keeps your senses awake which really helps maintaining your concentration level .Fixed the bungee issues which my friend had and started the journey to Bangalore via the scenic Nilambur ,Vazhikadavu,Gudalaur, Bandipur and Mysore.We have to cover around 430KMS that day to my room at Bangalore my second home which gives the bread and fuel to me and my bike respectively.Easily covered the distance as we are familar with the route .With few short and long breaks we reached Bangalore by night....

I spent close to 3 days in the Nilgiris, exploring the rich flora and not so rich fauna of the Bandipur & Mudumalai national parks, experiencing the chilling cool breeze of Ooty passing through our spines , drenched completely in rain sipped the world renowned Nilgiri tea with that essence of freshness, spotted a herd of "Gaurs" next to us across the road, took a stroll in tea estate in freezing cold nights , experienced and captured the endless beauty of Nilgiris but for reasons unlimited its just fair to say "One trip is just not enough"....
