Day 1

Henry Island is a very nice and lonely beach near Kolkata. It's only 100 KM from Kolkata and very well connected by road. Only stay option is West Bengal fishery's cottages.

We went there in the month of December last year and stayed for a night. We reached there around 12 noon. The room was descent clean and spacious. There is a small canteen over there and the food was very tasty. After having our lunch we went to the beach which is approximately a kilometre away from our room. We were only tourist over there. The beach was fully covered with red clabs and few birds. We witnessed a very fantastic sunset and then came back to our room. The night was nothing special we took our dinner early and went to bed for sleep.

Next morning we woke up very early and when to the beach for Sunrise. The weather was to foggy so we can't see in anything. This place is heaven for badwagers variety of birds like little ring lower kingfishers permanents herons and many other species we found over there overall a nice trip we took our breakfast and went to bokali which is around 6 to 7 km from Henry Island.
