Sandakfu trek day 3 : Tumling to Kalipokhri.
Do stretching exercises for atlest 15 mins before starting to walk on this day..... actually you need to do streching exercises every single day on this trek. In this day most if the trail is on flats and few uphill places. Please don't eat more than 4 momos on the way even if they look very appetizing to you... Believe me they will surely give you acidity....Also another same advice dring enough water through out the day.
