Day 1

For people who are tired of visiting beaches of Goa and looking out for peace of mind, this is the perfect place to be.

While heading from Goa to Gokarna the moment you enter Goa-Karnataka border there's this beautiful city called Kashmir of Karnataka - Karwar. A couple of beaches, not over-crowded and peace of mind.

Places to Visit :

Rabindranath Tagore Beach :
Usually little crowded on weekend, but a perfect place to get an wonderful view of sunset. You can visit the Warship Museum right next to the beach.

Devbagh Beach :
Hardly 2kms distance from the main highway there goes a lane to Devbagh Beach through a small viallge. Less number of tourists and mostly local crowd around, this place is a perfect place to watch the sunset behind a small hill situated right in the middle of the sea. You can also stay at Devbagh beach resort which you can book here.

Kali River Garden :
Added up to the beauty of karwar, there is garden right on the banks of river Kali. There are cafes and food stalls over here and one can also enjoy boating activity over here.

Warship Museum :
An old warship converted into an museum at the beachside with a small entry fee you can get an idea of how exactly warship on Indian navy work and how they are built and operated.
