Today I started my trip from Visakhapatnam to Pondicherry by train no 12867 Howrah-pondicherry (Aurobindo SF Exp).
After getting down at Pondicherry at around 12:30 pm ( the train was late by 03:00 hrs).
We checked into a hotel Sukhadev and rented a two wheeler and it's within budget starting from 250/- (INR) per day depending upon the type of two wheeler you want. And in the evening we visited the Pondicherry Museum ( photography is prohibited inside the museum) and the bharati park. And finally we ended our day at the Beautiful Rock beach and also tried some street photography
The next day we started early and visited the Promenade beach for the sunrise. Then we visited the famous Arulmigu Manakula Vinayagar temple at the white town and then the Aurobindo ashram. Then we started for the Auroville situated outskirts of city at a distance of around 12 km and spend some quality time at the Matrimandir viewing point. On return we visited to the Auro beach and returned back to the hotel at the evening and visited the New light house which opens from 3-5 pm.
We started our day by visiting some of the old Churches and temples and in the afternoon ended our day by visiting the chunambar Boat house.
