Ride from Banjara Hills to Bahadurpura to visit Sudha Car Museum. The Sudha Car Museum is a private museum of its brainchild, K Sudhakar, the designer of the cars displayed at the museum. Apart from a few vintage exhibits, the highlights of this place are the creative car models designed by K Sudhakar. These exhibits are not only for display but are also motor-able.The burger, shivling, bag, lipstick and bed shaped vehicles are remarkable! This is a unique place and has no comparison with any museum in India.

Mecca Masjid - Bang opp to Charminar. My entry inside the Mecca Masjid was restricted. Well n because I was looking like a travel junkie in my 3/4th and Tshirts with a bag pack and a camera hanging around my neck. They lady at the door, must be a securtiy official told me that I will be allowed inside only in a salwar kameez with a dupatta. Well, i had come this far to witness "THE MECCA MASJID''. So i had to spent 600 bucks and buy the indian traditional attire. Finally covered my head with the dupatta i was allowed inside the Masjid.

Golconda Fort is the most famous of all Hyderabad sightseeing places. The name of the fort has been derived from the Telugu words "Golla" and "Konda" which together means 'Shepard's Hill'. Founded in the approximately 12 th Century by the Kakatias Kings, this massive Golconda Fort with eight gates and 87 bastions was later built by Qutub Shahi Kings.

I have just known Karachi bakery for those lovely biscuits available everywhere. This month for the first time I visited the outlet in Madhapur. The rainbow cakes, the log cakes ...OMG...There were almost N number of varieties which we fail to see at the regular cake shops too. If you are planning to take a cake for your friends or relatives as a gift do prefer taking it from there.

Call it a Cyberabad or City of Pearls, it's a known fact that Hyderabad is culturally a rich city. The city has its way of telling you tales about its heritage and ancient culture with its own idiosyncratic twist. Hyderabad, the city is embellished with royal architectural installations that proudly showcases the Nawabi atmosphere. Traditional yet urbane that's what best describes Hyderabad. My trip to Hyderabad will be special because this was my first solo trip. I always wanted to see the places as a traveller and not as a tourist and this was the best chance. Me travelling alone freaks my parents. I planned my dates in a smart way. I opted for the dates when my parents had scheduled pilgrimage for 5 days. So instead of being a couch potato, alone at home, I thought to spend my weekend at Hyderabad.

FRIDAY SATURDAY & SUNDAY - IN THE CITY OF NIZAMS The plan was set. Thanks to my friend Sujith, my partner in crime who stays in Hyderabad. He helped me with the stay at the girls' hostel that was easy on my pockets. Sujith promised to show me around the city 1. Flight Tickets - Check (Indigo Airlines: MUM- HYD- 7th March - 5:20am) 2. Train Tickets - Check (Begumpeth Express: HYD - MUM - 9th March - 3:30pm)
