Connaught Peak, Mahabaleshwar

If you want to enjoy Mahabaleshwar in one day, then this map will definitely help you.
Your experience depends totally upon weather.

Fortunately, when we reached there, we got very supportive climate. There was no direct Sun, sprinkling, sometimes cloud covering on entire sight seeing.

We did night stay in Wai on October 2 and left for mahabaleshwar on October 3 at 5.15 AM sharp. Road journey from Wai to mahabaleshwar is the best experience during dawn.

Its cheap and Good. We reached there at 8.30 PM. Left for Mahabaleshwar at 5.20 in the morning.
Ineffable. Just see the image and you will know why.

Nice and Calm place. Reach there early in the morning and you can get amazing sunrise. Its more like a plateau, so you can even do slight walking into deep areas.

This is the best point for me. There is a 40 feet tower on top of the hill and from there you can get most astonishing views of hills, clouds and water bodies.

View of entire valley and dried savitri river. Beautiful when clouds captures adjacent hills.

Another edge point. Crowded but worth. When we reached there , everyone and everything was into cloud covering. Feeling was indelible. Great point for selfie lovers.

Oh my god. What a place it is. We stays for almost 2.30 hrs there. Clean and Chilled water. 25 feet cliff jumping. Go on top of waterfall, identify your personal pool and have the best bathing time with your buddies. Remember there all two falls. Go 190 steps down and turn left for small fall.

Order food in any road side restaurant near parsi point. You will need food after extensive cliff jumping. Sit there for half an hour and enjoy the delight of paintings made by nature.
