Yes, November is often a short holiday month mostly in the beginning of the month hosting Durga Puja, Dusshera and many more holidays lie in this month. We bring you some amazing places and experiences you would like to have it in our must visit places in November in India. In the following article, we will show some places, cities and some states that could be explored in 3-4 days of vacation/leaves you can have from your usual leisure/work period.

1. Amritsar

For places to visit in November in India let’s start with the home to the famous Golden Temple, Amritsar. One of the largest and famous city in Punjab situated at the northwest of the state and close to Lahore, Pakistan (only 50 kilometers away) and 30 kilometers away from the Wagah Border. The city is famous for the Golden Temple which is the cultural and spiritual center for the Sikhs and attracts as a tourist destination for the NRIs. Also, with this people will never miss their heavy & delicious delicacies and the Lassi’s at the best pocket-friendly Dhabba’s. I wished to keep this in the end, but following the protocol, Goa is our next in the places to visit in November in India. Between the borders of Karnataka and Maharashtra, we have the most happening place in India. November is actually special as it marks the beginning of crowding the tourists and beaches get diversified with the foreigners, Indian Nationals and, of course, the localites. The beaches Divided into two – North Goa and South Goa. North Goa is more crowded, near to the city, hosts numerous beaches and economical accommodation whereas South Goa lies on the Old Goa side where are few beaches but you can find deserted places and cleanest beaches in Goa. Party hub of India in the winter season, cheap food – Goan food at every Shack and in city restaurants. Panjim the capital city has several casinos and cruise liners at the center. Apart from sitting whole day at the beach, churches and museums are of great significance.
