I have Siddu in Himachal many times but never thought if it will be available in Chandigarh too. I don't know a single outlet/restaurant/food joint in the city who serves this Himachal delicacy. This is a steamed dough of wheat flour stuffed with a special chutney made from different dry fruits. Stuffing may vary depending on your preferences.
