Yes, if you're traveling to Dubai on **Air India**, an **OK to Board (OTB)** may be required, especially for Indian passport holders. However, since you have a **valid US visa** and are eligible for a **visa on arrival**, OTB might not be necessary. It's best to confirm directly with **Air India** as rules vary by airline. I’ve seen cases where services like **matrix** helped with OTB clarification and visa-related queries.

Leh is well connected so there are flights from many cities to Leh. By rail from Pathankot, Chandigarh there are trains to Leh. By road HRTC and JKSRTC operate buses from Srinagar and Manali to Leh. From Leh you could plan travel to Manali for to reach Spiti you need to go via Manali. From Leh it takes 11 to 13 hours to reach Manali. It’s better to take a break if you are travelling by car. Pang route is preferable for the cost comes between 25K to 27K. HRTC buses operate for cost wise they are less economical than HPTDC buses. This bus stops at keylong and from keylong bus stop there is a bus to Manali. From Manali via Solang valley reaching Spiti is easy. The journey is 12 hours. There are regular buses to Spiti from Manali. Since you have 8 days in hand to cover all these places you need to work on travel time and cost.
