There seems to be more if bikes available for rent, however managed to find two reliable shops who rent cycles in Gangtok. One is Hill bike at Chandmari road Other is NExp cycling at Bhojogjari You could also check with Hub outdoor. For bikes Thrillophia offers some best bikes for rent.
