And consecutively third time on my birthday ...explored New places again ....
Like always this plan was so much fix before a Year ...
whenever we start planning it seems like we have to hire bus .... but…eventually we end up with Car like always ...every group could relate what i exactly trying to say.........
Started early from Mumbai and plan was to go directly to #Gokarna ...but…oops…we went to Goa first…it was surprise for rest of my friends as I wanted to do something adventurous on my birthday ...
...something I really like about road trips; it keeps on surprising ....
So, Lunch plan at Kolhapur got trashed as v arrived late there ...
would like to tell u whenever I plan for a trip .... I may NOT predetermine accommodation. but I always plan where to eat ....
So, on the way as per plan we had to eat at Hotel 7/12 at Kolhapur (#Kala Mutton and #Dhangari Mutton) ...which did not happen ;-(
bcz most of the restaurants in the city are close between 4:00-4:30 pm in Kolhapur for lunch and start for dinner around 6:30 pm-7:00 pm..
but u can get food on highways..
And v took halt at Belgaum at Karnataka .... with friends whenever u r its always happening ...so v spends a good evening …
OH, I didn’t tell u why v had to take stoppage at #Belgaum ….
Plan was to go directly to #Dudhsagar Forest Camp but when v reached to Belgaum and called up the #Dudhsagar resort they gave us a heads up that …forest road gets closed by 6 to 7 pm .and there is another highway where v can run up. but as road work was in progress so it was not possible too…so halt at Belgaum happen.
Early Morning #Akan wanted to eat good Belgaum authentic sweet #Kunda...which u always keep in your list if u r crossing to Belgaum....
On the way ...v happened to explore random places random clicks .... while going to Goa from Belgaum u happened to cross forest and valleys ……
Lunch program was fix .... which was scheduled at Panaji ...with authentic Goan food. #Chicken Cafreal, #Vindaloo, Goan Steam Rice ...great treat to our taste buds and appetite ...
After lunch ...random walk on random pass was great. (Many people say they go to see particular place, for me particularly for Goa ...every pass, every corner of goa having a amplitude to fulfil your wanderlust.
And trust me it was always great experience to roam around the lanes of Goa…with all the colorful ancient construction around...
This Night took a stay at Vagator, and we partied at Titli ...great place ...great Music.
#Vagator having good pubs and lounges , all are having good ambiences , good party place!
Day 3
Woke late ...did street shopping at Vagator (One Must never forget to do Street Shopping in Goa - if u r in Goa be like a Goa and Best thing about visiting Goa is u can hop on to goa without carrying clothes- as you can do an amazing street shopping there)
Had a breakfast at Brittos...
Sea food platter must try one
After Breakfast Headed to surprise ...and this was #Bungee Jumping ...conducted by #Jumpinheight.. was great experience ...different than Hrishikesh...
Spend a night at Belolium ..yummy food ..spend night at Beach ...had a food at shore side restaurant.....the restaurent at sea shore are beautiful ...the yummy food get yummier when u eat it in dimming light and sound of waves at backdrop
Here we had booked a Villa for stay
Day 4
Left from #Belolium...
On the way do not miss to have food at #Amrut in Karwar ...if u r a Nonveg lover do not miss to have Black sniper and red sniper Fish ...which breeds in Karwar waters and tastes amazing.
For chicken lover…chicken ghee roast is great treat...for your information chicken ghee roast is authentic dish from Karnataka ...and invented at Mangalore
After an amazing lunch. We resume our journey to #Kudle Beach.........reached to #Kudle beach .....witness the sunset ..less crowdy beach ...you can have water sport if you want to ........ spend a night which was really good.
Day 5
Morning started very early ..we were staying at beach .....so decide to go for walk around ..u will see few foreigner doing their type of #Yoga
Had a breakfast at Local place ....Ghee roast Dosa was good to try ......banana leaf idli must try .....
then a trek to #yana caves .....u should not miss it ..its a monolythic caves ...a totaly different experience to explore ...do not miss Sun set at Murudeshwar
This night came with miracle .....we witness the phytoplankton effect at #Kudle beach ...to witness this you have to be patient enough ..and be their after 12AM let all artificial light switched off ....and whole scene is change now ...dimming stars and shinning #phytoplankton .....sometimes this beauty u could not capture ..but what ur eye experienced is divine... so yes we witness
Day 6
You guys must have experience trekking at Mountains …. trek at shore trust me guys this is fun….
If someone there is guiding u a tour from Jetty .to all these beaches ...trust me don’t go with them......
Beauty of these beaches could not be explored ……by reaching to those by road or jetty ...it is simply...can be explored by trek only ...
strategically we found accommodation at #Kudle beach as we already made a plan that we have to explore all beaches by trek only ...trek and crossing hills to reach next beach will give u serene beauty ...every beauty is different than previous …...
We started trek form #Kudle.. while going to Om beach u have to cross small hill ..and while crossing the hill u can see the actual Om shape of #OM beach… at start of beach there is rock patch ..just stay their relax ….the view is so mesmerizing and that fresh air wont allow you to move …but to reach somewhere u have to left something behind ….so from om beach we started moving towards half moon beach and again when u are at hill …u can see clear view of half moon shape of the beach…in this trek u can see great view of see …. From #Half-moon beach to paradise beach ...u will see lots of different colour of Rocks patches …where u can feel like you have entered in dream land ……
Paradise and nirvana u can have Camping ...which is again altogether different experience ......
#Day 7:
We all people left hotel, going back and seeing again the same beauty couldn't stop us to park our car and gazing the scenic view of #Kudle beach..
back to Gokarna market to have local breakfast ….and visit #Mahabaleshwar temple ...temple in south is beauty …seeing their culture and experiencing it is again different experience ... prior entering temple one has to wear lungi and u should not wear anything at upper body …......
There is another temple near to this place Named #Maha Ganpati temple …if u r here please steal your time from ur schedule and visit this temple too…. You will find single stone eye captivating statue of Lord Ganpati.
Headed to #Badami Caves ........some junkie like historical place /caves/beautiful rocky structure ….then this is your place ........ you should visit this place early in morning it opens around 6 AM …. there is two part of cave one side there are caves with carving of gods there are different temples. Each contains carvings …and other side fort ….and beauty lies in between …both are isolated though lake and one more temple in the corner of lake ……. (don’t worry there is approach of road u can go by road too) … if u r adventure freak …u can also plan activities like rock climbing ….
#Day 8:
back to Mumbai .... but there is always ray of Hope .... will see this Beauty again ...carrying these memories along ...will explore new place again...
I don’t know how I express it through writing .... Intention was to tell my tRavel story ….. if it was laborious to read ...or bore at some point of time...... kindly excuse me...
.......But one thing is for sure ..If you go and pack ur bags ...get your car ready and just go.. u will always back with exceptional memories .........
