We left Bengaluru around 6.15AM. We were 4 people on 3 bikes. We reached Bhadra wildlife sanctuary by 11.15AM with only one stop in the middle for breakfast.
Our plan was to visit Bhadra wildlife sanctuary, but later we came to know that we could hardly find animals, we decided not to get in there. We were yet figuring out what next would be.
Meanwhile we visited Bhadra Dam (No pictures were clicked as there was hardly any water). After strolling around the Dam for a while, we bumped into this small canal with fresh water. We saw kids and men swimming around. We decided to join them

After playing there for some time, we decide to head to Lion & Tiger safari, Shivamogga, which is at round 40kms.
We managed to see black Buck, tigers and lions in the safari. There are other animals like bear, fox, Giant Indian squirrel, emu etc. Below are some pictures I clicked here.

Venue: Chikkamagluru
We started our 2nd day itinerary with Kemmangundi. We trekked to Zpoint peak. It was such a great experience. On our way, we got to see a small falls called Shanthi falls. We rested for while and continued our trekking up the Zpoint.
The best part is we were accompanied by a cute Trek guide, Mr.doggy. It was there with us until we reach the peak of Zpoint and back 😍
Our next destination was Datta Peeta, Baba Buddan Giri! As it was Saturday, it was very crowded. Its better to visit during weekdays to avoid chaos. Datta peeta offers Beautiful view 360°.

Date : 12th, May'19, Sunday
We started very early in the morning. As expected, crowd was on higher side. We climbed steps and reached the peak.
Next and last place is this beautiful lake called Hirekolale Lake 🤩
We left Chikamagaluru around 12pm and we were back in Bengaluru by 5.30pm.
What a road trip this was 🤩🤩🤩
