If you enjoy the immersive travel narratives of Paul Theroux and the humor-infused explorations of Bill Bryson, you might find "In a Sunburned Country" by Bill Bryson to be a captivating read. This book takes readers on a humorous and insightful journey through Australia, offering a unique perspective on the land Down Under. Another recommendation is Elizabeth Gilbert's "Eat, Pray, Love," where the author embarks on a soul-searching adventure across Italy, India, and Indonesia. For a historical exploration, consider "The Silk Roads" by Peter Frankopan, unraveling the complex history of civilizations along the Silk Road. These books promise to transport you to different corners of the world, blending cultural insights with engaging storytelling. And while you plan your literary adventures, don't forget to check your IESCO online bill at https://iesco.org/ for a convenient and efficient way to manage your utility payments.

You can easily plan on your own and don't require to book any package. If you are planning to night stay only at Bangalore, then consider the places which can be done in a day tour. (1) Nandi Hills - Chikkaballapur (2) Savandurga Hill (3) Lepakshi (4) Mysore - Ranganathittu (5) Chunchi falls (6) Bangalore city (2 days) (7) Shivanasamudra If you are interested to do night stay at locations other than Bangalore then you have plenty of options. You can visit these places in between your 1 week trip for a day or two. (1) Hogennakkal falls (in Tamil Nadu, 180 km from Bangalore) (2) Chikmagalur (3) Co-org (4) Hampi (5) Kabini and Bandipur if you are interested in wildlife and forests. Luxury Buses are all these destinations from Bangalore along with trains. Also you can hire private cabs from any agency or from online travel booking websites. Hope this helps....:)

If you love traveling so it's doesn't matter, but I choose one it will Winter's 😁
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Travel in summer is one such time to get to visualise lot of nature, landscapes, peaks and some animals too. Summer in India is full of heat and sweat. Winters are a time to experience cool air, chill weather, snow, fog and mist. India has lot many places filled with lovely winter weather that all through your travel you kind of rejuvenate. Coming to your question it is absolutely in a travellers hand. If you plan summer travel you know what to do, if you travel in winter you know how to care yourself. As a seasonal I have loved winter travel, if at all I travel in summer I prefer cool hill stations more.
