Recently I missed my connecting train from new delhi to dehradun so I boarded a UPSRTC bus from ISBT delhi.

Usually there is a 9 day schedule for holi in Vrindavan Barsana and Mathura. From which holi in Vrindavan is celebrated on March 14th as Phoolonwali Holi

Hotel will be fine for me because of privacy , security, comfort , weather etc. but at least once in a lifetime camping should be done. in some hill areas where there is no hotel there camping can be a an option.. it gives you an opportunity to connect with nature.

hotels are better when with family due to more comfort, safety and when traveling for many days

Kedarkantha is a very popular winter trek in Uttarkashi which has a height of 12,500 ft whereas Kedarnath is a pilgrimage which is a part of Char Dham Yatra and has a height of 11,755 ft

There has been a mention of this town in the skanda purana. Kedarkantha is a peak in Uttarkashi district which has lot of myth stories pertaining to Lord Shiva. Trekking to Kedarkantha is famous.

If u want to go to kasol from Manali.There is direct service but low frequency.it is better to come Manali to Kullu n from Kullu to kasol u will get easily n frequent services than direct buses.
