Hello every one, plz suggest 4nyts 5days trip to cover Rajasthan and some parts of Gujarat in the month of November

While Vadodara is 14 hours away, Statue of unity is 14 hours away and Gir national national park is 18 hours away. So my advice would be, one day you spend in Jaisalmer or choice of your place, then another day in Bikaner or choice of your place, third day unless you spend in Jaipur reaching Gujarath is comparatively easy. Only tribe members can answer thisWith Dussehra coming in a weeks time, Mysore is one such spot to visit. Either first two days you see the celebration or last two days you view the celebrations. There are flights from chennai or Bangalore to Mysore, or from Bangalore you could hop on to a bus. Another way is trains from Bangalore. If you are planning 4 days stay in Mysore, book via Airbnb or Oyo now for as days near to Dussehra comes, rates hike up. You could cover Chamundi temple, rail museum, Brindavan gardens, bonsai garden, karanji lake, ranganathithu sanctuary and edmuri falls. One day is much needed to view the Dussehra celebration. Don’t forget to taste Mysore delicacies best sold around the palace.. From Mysore 3 hours away is Ooty. If you are planning for two days here are some important places, Ooty lake, botanical gardens, Dolphin nose, Doddabetta peak, Kalhatti falls. If you have few more days in hand, plan for trekking, hiking, Coonoor, wenlock downs, Pykara and tea factory visits. To stay there are lot of resorts around the lake, which are economical. From Shillong Cherrapunji is 1 hour away, while Dawki is 2 hours away. Same way east Khasi hills are 1 hour away and west Khasi hills are 2 hours away. So my suggestion would be you staying in Shillong from where you could cover all these places at a minimal distance. For cabs kindly check with MMT and savaari.com. Goibibo too supplies cabs on rental basis.

You can plan to visit these places on your own. They are much in and around Kerala, except for Aadiyogi statue which is in Coimbatore. You could either use bus service or book a cab and plan to cover three to four places a day. One such ideal time to visit. You would see lovely variety flowers now. With monsoon season ending soon in Maharashtra, September to December is ideal time to visit. There are passes to be obtained, it's available online kindly check before travelling.

Now the route is open. Till November it is fine to travel for then on starts snowfall. There might be some remains of rains though not downpours. The weather is chill and night turn cold by night. Kindly check the weather condition on the day of your travel. Happy safe journey.

It is a moderate trek that starts from Mcleodganj. You need to pass through caves and a few peaks. The best part is you get to view Dhauladhar ranges and Pir Panjal ranges.

For a 3 day trip, you would spend a minimum of 8k if you are staying in a cheap accomodation, and taking public transportaion.
If you want to travel comfortable, and stay in a decent hotel, then 15-20k would be good enough.

Need details for the permit required for visiting Gurudongmar lake and zero point

AnswerWishlistYou can obtain permit at police check post or at Sikkim Tourism department for both the above spots. You need to submit two passport size photos along with passport or driving licence. Online facility are available but it needs to be stamped at Rangpo check post. For zero point you could obtain the permit at Chopta valley or Thangu check post. Apply separate permits and under Protected Area Permit.

Do not have to worry, as you can easily get permit from the check posts near the mentioned location. you have to carry your ID proof- Passport/Driveing License/Voter card.
